R package MGFRTest: this package provides functions to compute the p-value of the MGF-R test.

R package SNPSetSimulations: this package provides functions to generate genotype and phenotype data for case-control simulation studies.

R script and .RData files to generate genotype data according to the structure of the PDZRN4 gene and reproduce the power curve of the MGF-R test: script, dependence structure and marginal distributions.
